What we Do!

We are a recreational club that takes Gymnastics and Acro, SERIOUSLY!

What is the difference between Gymnastics and Acro? In a nutshell, Gymnastics is a sport and Acro is an Art! Our program is a hybrid of Gymnastics and Acro developing strength, flexibility, balance and stamina in a fun environment.

Beginner classes combine all elements of the Gymnastics Can Gym beginner badge program and Primary and Level 1 of the Acrobatic Arts Program providing participant's exposure to beam, bar and vault, while developing floor skills for both soft and hard floor surfaces.

Intermediate classes follow the Acrobatic Arts Program (AAP) focusing on Acrobatic floor technique. The AAP provides tremendous variation for intermediate and advanced floor skill development ensuring participants are challenged.

Who We Are!

Shelley Collier, owner/operator is trained NCCP (Active Start, MAG and WAG Foundations, MAG and WAG Competition 1) and Acrobatic Arts Module 1 Certified.

We are a registered member of Gymnastics Newfoundland and Labrador (GNL), ensuring coaches are properly trained. Participants pay an annual fee to Gymnastics NL. The GNL membership include Group Insurance Coverage for each participant.
