What we Do!

"Where Gymnastics Meets Fun and Cheer!" We are a recreational club that takes Gymnastics and Cheer, SERIOUSLY - meaning we focus on building a strong tumbling foundation based on proper technique but make no mistake - our #1 rule is to have FUN!

We are Acrobatic Arts Certified and follow their detailed Syllabus for floor skills! The biomechanics of tumbling skills are the same for Cheer, Gymnastics and Acro; however, the Acrobatic Arts Syllabus provides greater variation when entering, exiting while performing these skills.

Our program is a hybrid of Gymnastics and Cheer. Our beginner classes introduce participants to foundation level floor skills, bar and beam, which is a fun way to develop strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. Our Intermediate and above students, focus on floor tumbling, which provides tremendous variation of floor skill development, ensuring participants are always challenged.

We believe in giving back is important and helps develop a well rounded athlete. Each year our club raises money for the Janeway Foundation and various other charities at our annual Showcase. To-date we have raised over $18,000.

Guided by the National Coaching Certification Program, our club is dedicated to providing a safe and fun environment for all participants. With a growing number of NCCP trained coaches, we ensure that every member receives top-notch instruction and support. Our coaches are supported by our head coach, who is a trained Learning Facilitator, ensuring that our coaching standards are always at their best.
